His Honour Samuel Bright Acquah barring any last minute hitches from the Judicial Council and Office of the Acting Chief Justice shall be appointed by President John Dramani Mahama unto the High Court Bench.

His Honour whose years at the Bar qualifies him for appointment unto the High Court Bench pursuant to Article 144 of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana has applied and has been vetted by the Judicial Council on the 20th day of August, 2025 on or after 1:20pm for the position of High Court Judge.
