Michael Atta Agyei, Esq.

Michael Atta Agyei is a seasoned Ghanaian lawyer , traditional leader and Managing Partner of Moomin and Botta Solicitors. With over eighteen years of legal practise, he has built extensive experience in legal practise including litigation, dispute resolution, corporate advisory services, contract negotiations, governance and regulatory compliance and many more. He holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Before co-founding Moomin and Botta Solicitors, Mr Agyei trained and worked at Dennis Adjei Legal Consult (Holy Trinity Chambers), where he progressed from pupilage to Senior Associate under the mentorship of Justice Sir Dennis Adjei. He has represented and advised clients in a wide range of areas including civil, criminl, commercial transactions, negotiaions and board advisory services. Beyond law, Mr Agyei seerves as Anantahene, the Royal Guards’ Chief to His Majesty Orumfour Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene. In this role, he supports traditional governance, coordinates security during traditional events and promotes community develeopment. He is fluent in English and Twi and is widely respected for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to justice and good governance.
