Vince Kontoh, Judgment debtor in the famous case of Vince Kontoh vrs. Ernestina Torgbor Suit No. C4.04/2025 has filed an appeal against the decision of Her Ladyship Justice Sedina Kwadam which rejected his relief of ejectment of his girlfriend from a property in East Legon after the end of their 11-year relationship.

Per the Notice of Appeal filed on the 26th day of February, 2026, the Appellant through his lawyer, the learned Selorm Dey, prays for the Court of Appeal to set aside the judgment of the Circuit Court on grounds of error of both law and fact.

The Appellant also seeks to have the damages reversed and the Respondent-ex-Girlfriend to the Appellant removed from the East Legon property the Appellant claims to have acquired during the pendency of their 11-year relationship.
