I respectfully disagree with the Supreme Court's decision in FRED AKWETER v. THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL & ANOR [TLP-SC-2026-14]. It is my submission that the reasoning supporting the Supreme Court’s decision is respectfully not persuasive.
