Prince Ganaku Esq. has secured a ten day injunction on the organization of the maiden elections for the executive committee of the Young Lawyers' Forum of the Ghana Bar Association.

The High Court, General Jurisdiction division presided by His Lordship Ali Baba Bature upon the prayers of Counsel for Mr. Ganaku, the learned Kafui Komla Esq. granted the ex parte interim injunction application which elapses the 10th day of November, 2024.

This means the elections as slated for tomorrow, the 1st day of November, 2024 may be postponed.

Ganaku's Concerns

Mr. Ganaku, a practicing lawyer at TaylorCrabbe who was a Presidential aspirant of the Young Lawyers' Forum is dissatisfied for his disqualification from contesting the election for the executive committee of the Young Lawyers' Forum as slated for tomorrow.

It is unknown if the Ghana Bar Association has been served with the order of the Court.
