Per proceedings dated the 13th day of March, 2024 attached to the injunction motion of Mad. A: that is so, My Lord.
Q: And 2009 was the same year you returned from the UK after doing further studies in accounting there, wasn't it?
A: That is so.
Q: You were unemployed from the period you return from the UK to the period Quick Credit was established, weren't you?
A: That is so, my lord.
Q: In fact, how soon after your return from the UK was Quick Credit established?
A:It was quite soon.
Q:Do you remember the number of months?
A:I am not too sure but I can say it not up to 6months.
Q: You said in paragraph 5 of your witness statement that you were advised and assisted by your friend called Ankama to establish Quick Credit. Now, did the said Ankama assist you financial?
A: No, my lord."
Directorship
Per filed processes including the record of proceeding at trial which forms part of the subject of a scheduled injunction motion hearing on Tuesday, the 2nd day of June, 2026, at the Family Court, Accra, the subject of Mad Joana Quaye being a director of Quick Credit upon incorporation was interrogated.
Per the exchanges which can be read below, Mr. Quaye resisted the directorship of her wife to their baby, Quick Credit, now Bills despite suggestions to him that Mad. Joana Quaye was a director upon incorporation and remained so until her unlawful removal by him from the company birthed from their union and joint efforts.
