Time is Justice: Breaking the Chains of Courtroom Delays

Time is an essential and indispensable element of justice, not a peripheral consideration. This article argues that prolonged litigation in Ghana has rendered constitutional guarantees, particularly the right to a fair hearing within a reasonable time, largely illusory for many citizens.
