White paper on Prof. H.K. Prempeh Constitution Review Committee

On 19 January 2025, His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama appointed a new Constitution Review Committee to undertake a comprehensive review of the 1992 Constitution. The Committee was inaugurated at a formal ceremony at Jubilee House on 30 January 2025. Its members subscribed to their oaths of office and commenced work immediately. This Position Paper sets out the considered response of the Government to the Final Recommendations of the 2025 Constitution Review Committee.
