The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) per its charge sheet filed on the 17th day of October, 2025 under the hand of its Director of Prosecutions, Dr. Isidore Tufuor has amended the charge sheet against Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid and 9 other persons (inclusive of 3 companies) for the offence of extortion and money laundering and inchoate offences for such crimes.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor maintained the number of accused persons but has added some additional 29 counts against the accused persons.
