The Honourable Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana has suggested in a letter dated 30th day of May, 2024 the following Court of Appeal Justices to be appointed to the Supreme Court.

They are Justices, Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe, the fair and firm Justice of the Court of Appeal who is well versed in criminal proceedings. Justice Eric Kyei Baffour, a teacher at the law school and a thorough judge who has as a stronghold the area of commercial litigation.

The list also recommends the Judicial Secretary, Her Ladyship Pamela Cyra Cynthia Koranteng. The learned Court of Appeal Judge, Her Ladyship Angelina Mensah Homiah and the Justice Edward Amoako Asante of the ECOWAS Court were also recommended persons per the letter for the apex court.
