A comparison of the Ghanaian and Nigerian laws on the use of sirens reveals notable distinctions. Regulation 74(3) of Ghana’s Road Traffic Regulations, 2012 (L.I. 2180) does not in any way extend the privilege of the other use of sirens to persons in government besides the Head of State (President).
