Our Star of the Month is an avid and respected litigation lawyer, a nurturer of lawyers and a known name in land litigation. Our Star is a product from the respected chambers of Kwame Gyan and Associates and currently runs EBA Law Consult (The Rock Chambers). Our Star has specialization in Natural Resources Law with training from Penn Carey Law School of the University Pennsylvania in the USA and the University of Ghana School of Law.
Our Star is known for major land litigation cases with the most recent being the case of ADOLPH TETTEH ADJEI v. ANAS AREMEYAW ANAS & ANOR [TLP-SC-2025-42] where the Supreme Court speaking through the diligent Bright Mensah JSC pronounced on the effect of land acquisition during the pendency of litigation over the acquired land. Our Star, as part of his courtroom victories and cases on high profile and large acreage land cases successfully prosecuted the case of true ownership of Danchira township Land in Accra spanning over 13, 000 acres.
Our Star was involved in the intellectual property case at the High Court presided by Justice Kwasi Adjenim-Boateng which involved two manufacturing giants in the processed food industry. This was the case of passing off and breach to intellectual property rights brought by Nutrifoods Ghana Ltd against Twellium Industries Limited over the packaging of their King Cracker Biscuit.
Our Star is a passionate litigation lawyer, devout Christian and a mentor to a number of young lawyers whose wings he has propped up for flight in Ghana's highly competitive legal industry. The Law Platform proudly celebrates the hardworking, humble and clever Emmanuel Bright Atokoh Esq.
