THE CHILD IS NOT YOURS; WHAT DO YOU DO?

It is safe to say the law suspects the infidelity of spouses and false claims by a mother of a child outside of marriage. Among others, per section 40 of the Children's Act, the tribunal will rely on results from a medical test to pronounce who the parent of a child is.
