Many are Called but Few are Chosen: Notice Without Voting Rights Under Ghana’s Companies Act (act 992)

If a person on whom the ownership of a share devolves by reason of that person being a legal personal representative, receiver, or trustee in bankruptcy of a member can be invited or be given notice but is not entitled to attend and vote at meeting of the company, what then is the essence of such notice given to the person?
