The Judicial Service by a release dated the 3rd day of December, 2024 has outlined the processes for the transfer of Judges suggesting that transfer of Justice Priscilla Dikro Ofori who is hearing a case involving the prosecution of a politician by the Special Prosecutor is not politically motivated.
